SupplyLink Marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a Nevada-based business-to-business wholesale marketplace. These Legal Policies, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Information, Payment Methods, and Buyer Protection Policy, govern your access to and use of the Platform.

The Platform is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Policies or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). No class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.

We comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including but not limited to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising and consumer protection, the INFORM Consumers Act (requiring verification and disclosure of high-volume third-party sellers), and relevant data privacy regulations.

If any provision of these Policies is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
