SupplyLink Marketplace uses **Stripe** as our secure payment processor to handle all transactions. We support the most popular and reliable methods for B2B wholesale buyers in the US: credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers.

1. Supported Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

Pay instantly and securely with major card networks.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Instant processing and confirmation
  • Ideal for smaller or urgent orders
  • Protected by Stripe's fraud detection (Radar)

ACH Direct Debit (Bank Transfers)

Pull funds directly from your US bank account – popular for B2B wholesale.

  • Lower fees (typically 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction)
  • Great for larger bulk orders (e.g., pallets of supplies)
  • Processing: 2–5 business days (funds debited after authorization)
  • Secure and compliant with NACHA rules

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant platform. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

2. How Payments Work on SupplyLink Marketplace

  • Checkout Process: Select your items, review cart (including vendor-specific free shipping minimums), and choose card or ACH at payment step.
  • 7-Day Hold Policy: As noted in our Return & Refund Policy, payments are held for 7 days post-delivery for inspection and dispute protection. Funds release to vendors automatically thereafter (unless issue arises).
  • Multi-Vendor Orders: If buying from multiple vendors, payment splits accordingly via Stripe Connect. You pay once, we handle distribution.
  • Invoices & Receipts: Full receipt emailed immediately; invoices available in My Orders dashboard for business records.

Pro Tip for Bulk Buyers: Use ACH for orders over $500+ to minimize fees and align with wholesale best practices.

3. Security & Compliance

  • Stripe handles all sensitive data with end-to-end encryption
  • PCI-DSS compliant and fraud monitoring included
  • ACH payments verified via micro-deposits or instant account verification (where available)
  • US domestic only at this time (continental US + AK/HI)
