Report Suspicious Activity

What to Report

• Suspicious or fraudulent vendor profiles / listings
• Requests for off-platform payments (wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, etc.)
• Phishing emails, fake login pages, or messages pretending to be from SupplyLink
• Unauthorized access attempts or unusual account activity
• Counterfeit products, misleading descriptions, or price manipulation
• Any behavior that violates our Terms of Service

All reports are treated confidentially. Providing as much detail as possible (screenshots, order numbers, usernames, messages, etc.) helps us investigate faster.

How to Report Suspicious Activity

1. From your account (recommended): Log in → Go to the suspicious listing, vendor profile, message, or order → Click “Report” or “Flag as Suspicious” (available on most pages).
2. Via email: Send a detailed report to supplylinkmarket@gmail.com. Include:
   • Your account email or order number (if related)
   • Username / vendor name / product link
   • Description of the issue
   • Screenshots or evidence (attach files)
   • Any relevant dates/times
3. Urgent security issues: If you believe your account is compromised or there is immediate risk, email us right away with “URGENT – ACCOUNT SECURITY” in the subject line.

What Happens After You Report?

• We review every report promptly (usually within 1–2 business days).
• Suspicious accounts or listings may be suspended, removed, or investigated further.
• If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, we may cooperate with law enforcement.
• You will usually receive an acknowledgment email, but we may not share full investigation details due to privacy and security reasons.

Protect Yourself

• Never send payments outside the SupplyLink platform.
• Do not share passwords, 2FA codes, or sensitive financial information.
• Verify vendor profiles: Look for verified badges, reviews, and contact history.
• Report suspicious emails claiming to be from us (official emails come only from supplylinkmarket@gmail.com).
